Strengthening Our Community
One of our key priorities is to increase the visibility of independent workers and grow our membership base. We believe that a strong, united community has a more powerful voice. To achieve this, we are continuously working to enhance our financial stability and operational capacity. This allows us to ensure that dedicated staff and volunteers are available to provide personalized support, guidance, and resources whenever you need them. Whether it’s answering your questions, offering advice, or connecting you with relevant services, we are here for you.
Advocating for Your Rights
Beyond member services, our core mission is to champion the rights of independent workers. We actively engage with policymakers, government officials, and other stakeholders to promote fair and equitable working conditions for the self-employed. This means lobbying for policies that recognize the unique challenges faced by independent workers and pushing for improvements in areas such as social protection, taxation, access to benefits, and workplace safety.
Building Partnerships and Raising Awareness
In addition, we work to build strong partnerships with other organizations, industry groups, and public institutions to amplify our impact. We organize events, campaigns, and public discussions aimed at raising awareness about the vital contribution independent workers make to the economy and society.

We are working on a White Paper for the Government, that should be ready before the end of the year.

Plan D
Avec l'avènement de l'intelligence artificielle, de nombreux indépendants, professeurs de langues, traducteurs, voient leur volume de travail diminuer. En l'absence de support institutionnel (RH/Adem), le Plan D vise à leur offrir de nouvelles perspectives d'avenir, en les aidant à se réorienter professionnellement.
Le D fait référence à la durabilité et aussi à la résilience, si le plan A, B, C n'a pas fonctionné, il reste d'autres lettres.
Objectifs:
Accompagner la transition professionnelle
Soutien psychologique
Formation/développement des compétences
Création d'un réseau de soutien
Projet prévu pour octobre 2025/janvier 2026.
