“You are already late.” That was the first message of our 1st edition of "Work & Life Hacks for Independents" yesterday. Not to provoke. To wake people up. With Bruno Wozniak and Alexandru Dan, we addressed AI the way independents should: practically and strategically. Because the real danger for self-employed professionals isn’t AI. It’s isolation. It’s learning alone. It’s adapting too slowly while larger structures move faster.

We just held the Union des Indépendants’ end‑of‑year gathering — this year in a special, slightly different format. An initiative of our president, Clara Moraru, the event “Sharing Christmas” brought together members and non‑members from many nationalities, languages and cultures who all call Luxembourg home. For the first time we offered a craft workshop led by Colombian artisan Yessika Diaz; the results were beautiful and will brighten our members’ homes over the holidays.
