Picture Report - Work & Life Hack for Independents #4 (24 June 2026)

We're running on cortisol and adrenaline way too often, and calling it drive. Feels great until it doesn't.

That was one of the moments that stuck with us from our final "Work & Life Hacks for Independents" evening on June 24, where 3 members shared something different than usual: not tax tips or growth hacks, but how to actually sustain a life as an independent.

Iryna Sagaidak, PhD from MindfulBody walked us through the difference between wired stress-state and calm alertness — acting from presence and curiosity instead of fear. We even tried a short somatic exercise together so people could feel the difference in their own bodies.

Tanyth Blackler (DoYourThing) shared practical hacks for clarifying priorities and processes without losing your mind.

And Lea Sitbon — known for her jewelry shop By Léa — opened up about her newer life as a composer and singer under the name Léa Carat, and what it's added to her work as an independent.

Three completely different paths. One shared thread: independence works better when you're not figuring it all out alone.

We closed the evening with a relaxed celebration for Luxembourg's National Day, a good reminder that this community is here to recharge with, not just to network with.
